Black & Decker is making sawing simple with its Smart-Select Pendulum Action Jigsaw with Laser.

Black & Decker’s Smart-Select range aims to give amateur DIYers confidence and make home projects possible for everyone.

The 650W Smart-Select Pendulum Jigsaw illustrates a variety of visual icons allowing the user to simply turn the dial to choose the desired application such as curved, straight or bevelled cuts in wood, plastic or metal.

Other features of the new Jigsaw include: a laser module to assist with straight cutting; an onboard blade storage system; a tool-free universal blade clamp; and a sightline channel which gives better views of the line of cut.

The Black & Decker Smart-Select Pendulum Jigsaw and Laser retails for $149 and comes with a two year warranty.
