| Prendos produced New Zealands first Leaky Home Guide to assist homeowners thoughout New Zealand (with offices in Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington and Christchurch) in understanding the issues surrounding leaky buildings. The guide highlights issues that need to be considered. It explains the available assessment and legal processes.Our motivation to produce this document came from meeting people who had been given bad advice or did not know where they could go for assistance.We believe this Guide will be of assistance also to legal counsel with their clients; help Body Corporate
