Westmere house - a new urban sustainable home by ebode

ebode has just begun building the first urban sustainable home in the inner-city suburb of Westmere, right in the heart of Auckland City - demonstrating that sustainable designs can be perfect for urban environments and lifestyles.

This house will use a grid-connected, photovoltaic system to generate its own power and will harvest rainwater. The building platform below is being prepared using 100% recycled aggregates.
