Show Home proves huge drawcard

Such is the continued popularity of McRaeway Homes that the company have grown to become the LARGEST CONSISTENT SUPPLIER of residential building in the Dunedin region. As a further committment to the area, McRaeway Homes recently opened a show home in Mosgiel.

The stunning "Baxter" model was a hit amongst locals and out-of-towners alike, attracting over 500 visitors within its first month of opening on November 5th. Many were keen to see this stunning 208 square metre model and were impressed with the innovative features being show cased.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining and roomy dual living areas, Baxter is designed to offer savvy home owners affordable quality and elegant living.

The Baxter show home was constructed using high quality materials, as well as high quality workmanship from McRaeway Home's network builder Dave Wootton. Dave has built over 300 McRaeway Homes to date and has won numerous regional and national Registered Master Builder's "House of the Year" awards with McRaeway designs.

To view, Baxter is open to the public from Thursday - Sunday, 11am - 4pm, at 2 Silver Springs Boulevard, off Wingatui Road in Mosgiel. Although closed for the Christmas holidays from Sunday, 19th December 2010, the show home re-opens again on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of January 2011.
