A low wall around the dining room creates a separation of spaces but delivers a more open feeling than if the wall was full height to the ceiling. Many of our clients have built their new homes based on one of our floor plans and then after consultation with their local Cavalier Homes Builder, modified that floor plan to suit their lifestyle. So, a larger living room might be sacrificed for a media room or a hallway opened out to welcome guests into a double height gallery filled with light.
