Winners Again! - House of the Year Success for Jalcon Homes

Jalcon Homes dedication to quality design, workmanship and finish were recognised at this year’s Master Builders House of the Year awards with all three of there entries winning an award, Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Jalcon won Gold and Gold Reserve in category 5 for a fabulous split level home built in Dannemora. “This home really is a great house, strong on detail and classic in look.” The owner is thrilled and proud to be living in an award winner. As Lindsay Aitken Jalcon Director says; “If it was not for clients like this we wouldn’t have the opportunity to showcase our product.”

Jalcon’s “Black Beauty show home located in the new subdivision of Karaka Lakes, Papakura won Silver.

This new showhome illustrates the core values which Jalcon builds into everyhome, quality building, and style and a key component, unique design. It was architecturally designed by Cameron Baker from Ashby Baker and has in mind those looking to build on lifestyle blocks or who like a traditional style home. Lindsay says Jalcon Homes has been involved in the Master Builders House of the Year awards since 1998 - winning 30 medals to date!
