Imagine taking a photo of your house, being able to overlay 3D perspective points, model your addition and apply painted textures or images to your model..

Now you can have that service done for you at a very resonable cost in just three easy steps.

   1. Take a digital photo of your house.

   2. Send it to me, and include your brief.

   3. Wait for reply (within 48hours)

This is a free service for those who later enguage my Architectural Services, otherwise a small charge of around $150 + gst may apply.  

Advantages from this service are;

• Drawings are in scale and in CAD format so they can be incorporated into final drawings for Building Consent.
• Images can be altered easily and real colours can be applied to the model, eg from Resene Paints.
• Drawing styles can be altered for a graphic artists impression.
• Interior views can be modeled with furnture and textures applied.
