Anyone heard of, or used the Designer Kitset Company?

We're waiting to hear back from them with regard to altering one of their standard plans ("Seddon Plan" at: http://www.kitsethouses.co.nz/villa.aspx) and wanted to know of other's experiences with them, eco-design, materials, experience, staff and timeless etc etc.
