Escea has added Internet technology to its stunning range of modern gas fires, making it even easier for owners to have remote access to their home heating.
Already a world leader in technologically sophisticated gas fires Escea has now brought together the timeless comfort of flames and the 21st Century world of the Internet with its i-con Online technology. This new technology means it is possible to simply go online and turn on your gas heater.
"It is a modern response to the demands our modern lifestyle," Escea Managing Director Nigel Bamford explains.
"Yes you can have a fire with a timer but we are well aware that people can't always keep regular hours and our i-con phone and Internet switching options gives them greater flexibility, allowing them to change settings when they are away from home."
If, for example, you find yourself having to work late you can simply go to the Escea i-con Online website and make the necessary changes. Or if you are heading away to your holiday house for the weekend you can simply log-on and programme your Escea fire to turn on before you arrive.
"Right from when we started the company we set out to lead the way in gas fire technology," says Bamford. "All our fires can be lit at the touch of a button and have wireless remote control and thermostat so you can get just the temperature you want wherever you are in the room."
The whole Escea range is built around an elegant, minimalist design that blends into the decor and gives an excellent flame view thanks to its generous widescreen design. There are both in-built and freestanding designs with the choice of 9kW and 7.5kW outputs.
