Hi just joined up, what a great forum, i am looking at building a concrete block or tilt slab base 25mx12m with 5 bedrooms and garaging downstairs with large open plan log house on top basement and first floor are all 25x12 foot print and will be concrete maybe polished, what is cheaper to build garage/basement from tilt slab or block any help much appeciated
