Relocating a late 60s home to Hawea area, any suggestions re cladding and insulation would be appreciated.

Realise its an opportunity to install higher R values insulation and thinking of say R3.0 Batts in walls then plywood sheathing ??, building paper and exterior cladding such as linea ?? hebel perhaps??

In ceiling intend to go for R5.0 batts.

Not sure for underfloor Cosyfloor or Expol???

Having read most of the material on this site will go for dg upvc windows.

Any suggestion would be appreciated
