New Houses, Alterations and Extensions

At Design Works, we design great homes for our clients, whether they want a stylish town house, urban family home, and spacious country living or investment properties.

Although we specialise in new homes, we also have a lot of experience with alterations and extensions. Ranging from bathroom revamps through to large extensions. We have also design several small apartment blocks, both single story and two stories.

We like to work closely with our clients through the design stages. Starting with the concept drawings, where we develop the basic layout and look of the home. Through the fine tuning of the design and to the construction drawings.

Once construction drawings are under way, we also obtain other information required by the Territorial Authority for the building consent application. We can then make this application on behalf of our clients.

We network resources to meet specific project requirements offering Engineering, Surveying, Interior and colour consultancy to our Design and Project Management services.
