BACKGROUND:

COMPANY:

In January 2008, Custom Architecture and Design Ltd. was established to provide cost effective solutions to everyday building requirements, while maintaining the high standard of workmanship and documentation required by my previous employers. We pride ourselves in developing good Client/Builder/Designer business relationships .

QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

Custom Architecture & Design Ltd. works to an established Quality Management System that sees no project leaving the office without a full QM check, helping to save on any costly holdups with Building Consent applications.

JOB SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS:

Having a trade background, I know what it is like to arrive on a job and have insufficient information on the drawings. With Custom Architecture & Design Ltd., all critical areas are identified and detailed to avoid leaving the builder to “sort it out on site,” which in the end saves you time and money. With the amount of information required before a project can even get close to being started on site, it seems sensible to have someone, who is accustomed to dealing with these situations, to take the pressures off you and simply deal with them.

INTEGRITY:

Custom Architecture & Design Ltd. firmly believes in individual client confidentiality. If you are working on a development that requires an amount of secrecy, we respect and protect your specific project sensitivity needs.

AFFORDABILITY:

Custom Architecture & Design Ltd. will work with you to remain within your proposed budget during the design phase, therefore avoiding unexpected cost over runs during construction.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

I look forward to having an opportunity to speak with you and discuss your specific requirements and find out how Custom Architecture & Design Ltd. can help you.

Feel free to phone and will be happy to meet with you and discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have.
